
Ashley Resendiz, Administrator
Ashley Resendiz serves as Administrator of Hallett Home Care, where she is dedicated to creating a supportive, caring, and well-organized environment for both staff and those served. Her approach to leadership is shaped by years of hands-on experience and a genuine passion for helping others.
Ashley began her career in the medical field in 2004 as a nurse aide in a long-term nursing facility, working closely with seniors in geriatric care. This early experience sparked her deep appreciation for compassionate caregiving and the importance of treating every individual with dignity and respect.
She went on to pursue her education at Victoria College, graduating as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in 2010. After becoming an LVN, Ashley continued to grow professionally, serving as an Alternate Administrator for a Personal Assistance Services (PAS) agency, where she gained valuable experience in client care, family support, and operations management.
Ashley has deep roots in Hallettsville and has lived in the community since 2010. Together with her husband, she also owns and operates Resendiz Services, reflecting their long-standing commitment and investment in the local community they proudly call home.
As Administrator, Ashley takes pride in being actively involved, approachable, and committed to both her team and the community. Her background in direct care allows her to truly understand the needs of those she serves, and she strives each day to ensure a positive and compassionate environment.

Lisa Jalufka Rosales, Alternate Administrator
Lisa Jalufka-Rosales, a native of Hallettsville, brings compassion and dedication to her role as Alternate Administrator. With over two decades of experience in the geriatric field, including spending much of her time in Alzheimer's care, she has devoted her career to supporting seniors with dignity, patience, and understanding.
Lisa graduated from Victoria College in August 1995 as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), building a strong foundation in healthcare. Her hands-on experience in senior and memory care has shaped her attentive, people-centered approach to both caregiving and administrative support.
In her role, Lisa assists with daily operations, supports team coordination, and helps maintain a structured, caring, and efficient environment. Her extensive background allows her to bring valuable insight and compassion to those she serves and works alongside.
Lisa's connection to Hallettsville reflects her strong commitment to community, compassion, and service.
